About Me:

Hi and welcome! I am Maestro José Manuel and I teach Spanish and mathematics for fifth grade here at Adelante Selby. I was born in the beautiful city of Mexico D.F. where I was also educated.

I loved "las mate" since I found very interesting strategies and solutions to many word and real problems with simple mathematical operations. In some way, I found a relation between our world and a superior way to high thinking. I also like science and I spend lots of time searching for answers to questions. I discover new ways to entertain my students with experiments and investigations that we work in collaboration.

Finally, I believe that the Spanish language should be respected like any other language, appreciate its richness & beauty, and most importantly its use in this day and age.
