About Me:

My name is Angeles Fernández-Pawar, and I am a teacher from Spain. I studied linguistics at the University of Salamanca. I began my teaching career as a middle school English teacher before coming to California. I joined the district twenty years ago as an elementary school teacher, although the last few years I have been working as a part time reading intervention teacher, and as an outreach coordinator. As for my hobbies, I love to travel, read, and spending quality time with my sons and my husband.
